• Designed and deployed a simulated Microsoft 365 environment for a small business using a Microsoft 365 E5 Developer tenant.
• Configured Microsoft Entra ID users, security groups, role-based access control, and delegated administrative roles to manage identity and access.
• Implemented Exchange Online shared mailboxes and mailbox delegation, and configured Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for business communication and collaboration.
• Strengthened account security by configuring Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, and Self-Service Password Reset.
• Performed user access troubleshooting, password recovery, and Microsoft 365 audit and sign-in log reviews to validate security and account activity.
